These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Royale Web3 website, platform, community features, applications, accounts, opportunities, integrations, and any related products, features, or services made available by Royale Web3 (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, creating or connecting an account, submitting an application, participating in an opportunity, or otherwise interacting with Royale, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the Services.

1. About Royale Web3

Royale Web3 (“Royale,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a Web3 community and platform designed to connect members, builders, collectors, investors, creators, traders, projects, and other participants across the Web3 ecosystem.

The Services may include community access, profiles, account and wallet connections, applications, roles, reputation or contribution systems, opportunities, raffles, allocations, allowlists, partner campaigns, community rewards, events, content, and other features introduced from time to time.

Certain community activity may take place through third-party platforms such as Discord and X.

Royale may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms to use features that require an account, application, wallet connection, or participation in opportunities.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Royale complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you.

We may restrict access to some or all Services based on jurisdiction, legal requirements, eligibility requirements, sanctions, platform restrictions, or other compliance considerations.

3. Royale Accounts

Certain features may require you to create a Royale profile or connect third-party accounts such as Discord, X, or supported blockchain wallets.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your connected accounts under your control.

Each person may maintain only the number of accounts, wallets, or connected identities permitted by the Services.

You may not create or operate multiple accounts to manipulate raffles, allocations, rewards, reputation systems, eligibility, or other Royale features.

You are responsible for the security of accounts and wallets connected to Royale and for activity conducted through them.

Royale may establish or change account, wallet, or connection limits as the Services evolve.

4. Wallets and Blockchain Interactions

Royale does not take custody of your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, or digital assets merely because you connect or verify a wallet.

Wallet verification may require you to sign a message demonstrating control of a wallet. A standard verification signature does not by itself authorize Royale to transfer assets from that wallet.

You are responsible for verifying any transaction or signature before approving it.

Blockchain networks and wallet providers are operated independently of Royale. Transactions on public blockchains may be irreversible and may be affected by network failures, congestion, smart-contract vulnerabilities, user error, or other circumstances outside Royale’s control.

Royale will never ask you to provide your seed phrase or private key.

5. Roles, Membership and Reputation

Royale may provide community roles, membership levels, reputation systems, points, contribution metrics, badges, statuses, or other forms of recognition.

These may include roles such as OG Royale, Supporter, Legend Candidate, Legend Royale, or other roles introduced in the future.

Roles and statuses:

• do not represent ownership or equity in Royale;
• are not securities or financial instruments;
• have no guaranteed monetary value;
• do not guarantee future allocations, rewards, access, or benefits.

Eligibility requirements and benefits may change over time.

Royale may grant, deny, modify, suspend, or revoke a role or membership status where reasonably necessary to protect the community, enforce these Terms, address abuse, or reflect changes to the Services.

6. OG Royale

OG Royale is a curated community status.

Access may be granted through applications, verified eligibility programs, community initiatives, or other methods determined by Royale.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Applications may be evaluated using information voluntarily provided by the applicant as well as relevant account, community, reputation, participation, and eligibility information available to Royale.

Royale is not required to accept an application or provide a detailed reason for an application decision, except where required by applicable law.

OG Royale itself is free unless explicitly stated otherwise for a separate product or service.

Benefits associated with OG Royale may evolve and are not guaranteed permanently.

7. Opportunities, Allocations and Raffles

Royale may make opportunities available through the Services, including allowlists, allocations, raffles, giveaways, early-access opportunities, partner campaigns, community rewards, presales, events, or similar programs.

Eligibility may depend on roles, reputation, contribution, wallet ownership, account verification, completed tasks, partner requirements, or other criteria disclosed for a particular opportunity.

Some opportunities may be available broadly, while others may be reserved for specific roles, groups, or eligibility tiers.

Where entries are weighted, the applicable weighting or multiplier system will be disclosed through the relevant opportunity or Royale documentation.

Royale may verify eligibility before or after selection and may disqualify entries involving bots, multiple accounts, manipulated engagement, false information, incomplete requirements, Sybil activity, fraud, or other abuse.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, access to an opportunity does not constitute an endorsement, investment recommendation, or guarantee by Royale.

8. Partner Opportunities and Third Parties

Royale works with independent projects, communities, platforms, creators, protocols, and other third parties.

Royale may provide access or links to third-party websites, applications, smart contracts, mints, presales, products, services, or opportunities.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third parties operate independently from Royale.

Royale does not control and cannot guarantee the availability, security, performance, delivery, value, legitimacy, or future operation of third-party products or services.

Participation in any third-party opportunity is voluntary and may be subject to additional terms imposed by that third party.

Users are responsible for conducting their own research before connecting a wallet, signing a transaction, purchasing an asset, participating in a mint or presale, or otherwise interacting with a third party.

9. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided through Royale constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Information, opportunities, discussions, content, allocations, allowlists, presales, partner campaigns, or projects made available through Royale should not be interpreted as a recommendation to purchase, sell, hold, or otherwise interact with any digital asset.

Digital assets and Web3 projects involve substantial risk and may lose some or all of their value.

You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and making your own decisions.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the Services.

This includes, without limitation: botting, Sybil activity, farming, automated submissions, false or misleading applications, impersonation, manipulation of raffles or reputation systems, unauthorized scraping, circumventing eligibility restrictions, exploiting vulnerabilities, interfering with the Services, attempting unauthorized access, distributing malicious software, fraud, harassment, or using Royale for unlawful purposes.

You may not attempt to obtain another user’s credentials, private keys, seed phrases, or unauthorized access to their accounts or assets.

Royale may investigate suspected abuse and take reasonable action to protect the Services and community.

11. Suspension and Termination

Royale may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to some or all Services where reasonably necessary due to: violations of these Terms, fraud or suspected fraud, security threats, abuse, manipulation, legal requirements, sanctions or compliance obligations, risks to Royale or its users, or conduct that materially harms the community or Services.

Where appropriate, Royale may also remove entries, rewards, eligibility, points, roles, or other privileges associated with abusive activity.

12. Intellectual Property

The Royale name, logos, branding, website design, software, graphics, interfaces, original content, documentation, and other materials created by or for Royale are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Royale-owned materials without prior authorization.

Third-party names, trademarks, artwork, content, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

13. User Content

Where the Services allow you to submit text, images, profile information, links, feedback, applications, or other content, you retain any ownership rights you otherwise have in that content.

You grant Royale the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, display, review, and use that content for operating, securing, improving, and administering the Services.

You must have the necessary rights to anything you submit.

Royale may remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or community rules.

14. Third-Party Platforms

Certain Royale functionality may depend on services operated by third parties, including social networks, communication platforms, wallet providers, blockchain networks, APIs, infrastructure providers, and partner platforms.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Royale is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, suspensions, security incidents, or other actions of third-party services outside Royale’s reasonable control.

15. Service Availability

We aim to keep Royale available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Services may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, blockchain conditions, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, replace, add, or remove features as Royale evolves.

16. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Royale makes no guarantee that any particular opportunity, allocation, role, reward, partnership, feature, project, asset, or third-party service will remain available or produce any particular result.

Nothing on Royale guarantees profit, financial return, asset value, access, acceptance, allocation, or reward.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Royale and its affiliates, team members, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, where legally permitted, losses arising from third-party projects, digital assets, wallet activity, blockchain transactions, account compromise, service interruptions, or participation in opportunities made accessible through Royale.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by the Royale Web3 Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

Connected accounts and public blockchain addresses may provide information necessary to verify identity, ownership, eligibility, roles, participation, or other features requested by the user.

19. Changes to These Terms

Royale may update these Terms as the Services evolve or as necessary for legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Site or other reasonable means.

The “Last Updated” date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
